FFA members attend Greenhand Conference
On Monday Nov. 5, seven Logan FFA Greenhands traveled to Almena to attend the 2018 NW District Greenhand Conference. They began the conference with some ice breaker activities and meet and greets, then took a test on the history of FFA. The students also divided into four different sessions during the morning to help them learn more about the FFA program and leadership.
Dylan VanLaeys and Abby Graham participated in the creed speaking contest, where Abby Graham received the 3rd place overall.
The students felt they had a great experience and will receive their Greenhand pins at the Logan Chapter Greenhand ceremonies at the Chili Feed Labor Auction Nov. 16.
