Ag Entrepreneurship - Everyone has their own projects to work on from creating license plates to t-shirts.
Plant & Animal Science - These students grow plants from seeds, take care of the school garden, and create flower arrangements.
Ag Welding/Ag Fabrication - Welders must pass safety tests and basic welds before moving on to bigger projects such as designing their own fire pit.
Ag Structures - After passing their safety tests, these students create lap desks, cutting boards, and more.
Food Science - Students cook every day making everything from beef jerky to pies.
7th & 8th Exploring Ag - This large class learned about townships, the color wheel, how to repair holes in sheet rock, and how to properly set the table.
Agriscience - In the last hour of the day, this class learns a range of topics from dairy to horses, chickens to plants, and land judging to cuts of meat.
Web and Digital Communications - Whether it's the cover, theme, page design, taking pictures, or writing captions and stories, these students create the entire yearbook.
Graphic Design - A little bit of photography, some Garageband, a bunch of InDesign and PhotoShop, along with a final project keeps these students busy.
8th Computer Applications - In Microsoft, these students practice with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
