Logan students recognized for academic testing

On November 29, four students from each grade in Logan High School spent the morning taking standardized academic tests.  The subject areas of those tests were: Math, Social Studies, Reading, Science and Written Expression.  On that same day students from other nine schools in the Western Kansas Liberty League were taking the same tests.  Consequently, there were 40 students in each grade level taking each subject area test.  Today we will recognize our Logan High School students who took the test and those who placed in the top 10.  Those who were in the top three have earned a league medal.  The scores from all five of their individual subject areas are added together to obtain an overall score.  Those in the top three will also be recognized with a medal from the WKLL.
