Scholars' Bowl competes at Norton
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe LHS Scholars' Bowl team of Tiffany Horn, Makenzie Jansonius, Elsie Prather, Bodey LeRoux, Riley Stockman, and Matt Kirkendall traveled to Norton on Thursday, January 25. There were 14 teams competing. n pool play, the Trojans were 4-2. They defeated Plainville, Stockton, Smith Center, and Colby. They were defeated by Norton and Trego, only losing to Trego by 10 points! Only the top two teams in each pool advanced to the championship round. The Trojans only missed it by one win. Scoring for the Trojans were Makenzie 100, Bodey 80, Tiffany 65, Matt 50, Riley 20, and Elsie 10. Their final competition for the year will be the Regional Meet at Natoma on February 1.
