Logan goes 7-4 in League Scholars' Bowl
The LHS Scholars' Bowl team competed at the League meet hosted by Logan on Wednesday, January 17. Those competing included Makenzie Jansonius, Tiffany Horn, Matt Kirkendall, Riley Stockman, and Bodey LeRoux. It was a round robin format with 12 teams competing. The Trojans defeated Triplains 100-0, Palco 60-30, Northern Valley 30-10, Healy 40-20, Brewster 40-10, Cheylin 40-5, and Heartland Christian 60-0. They were defeated by Weskan 20-40, Western Plains 35-40, Golden Plains 10-40, and Wheatland-Grinnell 20-30. They finished with a record of 7-4. Individual scoring totals were Makenzie 130, Matt 110, Riley 95, Bodey 90, and Tiffany 30. Great job, Trojans!
