Trojans blocked from road to Hays
On Saturday Oct. 21, the Lady Trojans traveled to Palco for Sub-State. The Trojans played one long match that day, losing to the Quinter Bulldogs. Going into 3 sets, the girls ended their season.
"Unless you are playing in the state tournament and know it will be your last game of the season, the abrupt end of the season is always so dang hard! It wasn't the best outing that we have had this year, but it was a long way from the worst also. I am so very proud of this group of young ladies and how they have grown and changed as volleyball players this year. Thank you to all the parents, fans, student body, and faculty who supported the LHS volleyball program this year," said Head Coach Robin Van Laeys.
