Lady Trojans end their season at Sub-State
Logan had the privilege of hosting the Class 1A - Div II Sub-State tournament on their home court on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The Trojans took on Natoma in the second game of the tournament, winning in 2 sets 25-13, 25-14. They didn't fare as well in their next game as they lost to Northern Valley in 2 sets 12-25, 19-25, ending their 2016 volleyball season.
"The end of our season this year came at the hands of a very talented Northern Valley squad. We have nothing to hang our heads about, as it was a quality team who was playing very well that handed us our last loss of the year. I couldn't be more proud of a group of young ladies! It has been a very enjoyable year, full of memories, hard work, improvement and quality relationships. Hopefully lessons they learned during their time in volleyball will serve them well in their future. Thank you to all who supported the Logan High School volleyball program in any way this year!!" said head coach Robin Van Laeys.
