Ladies suffer loss to Golden Plains
The Logan Trojan basketball teams got the season rolling again in 2017 with home games against the Golden Plains Bulldogs. The Bulldogs were only able to play 2 quarters for both the JV games. The girls started out with a nail biter as they defeated the Bulldogs 17-15. The win came at the hands of Kelcee Braun as she drained the last second shot for the win.
In the varsity girls game the Trojans played a smart and consistent game but came up short and lost 32-41. At halftime Logan had only been able to come up with 9 points and so the second half proved to be much more productive, but not enough to overcome the Bulldogs. The Trojans were led by Ryann Kats with 13 points and most of those coming late in the game.
