Logan places 3rd at Osborne
On Saturday, Sept. 23, the Lady Trojans traveled to Osborne to compete in the Osborne Round Robin Volleyball Tourney. The first game played against the Lady Knights was a two-set battle, that was very close, 25-22, 25-23, with the Lady Trojans taking the win. In the next match the Trojans took a loss against the Sylvan Grove Mustangs with the final score of 25-14, 25-16. The Stockton Tigers never let a ball hit the ground, which resulted in Trojan damage 25-16, 25-16. The final competition of the day was against Osborne. The Trojans played very tired, but pushed through and won the match 25-17, 25-10.
"Match #4 of Osborne Round Robin The Logan Trojans finished in 3rd place behind Sylvan Grove and then Stockton. During both of these matches we had a difficult time with our hitting efficiency. We had a difficult time getting the ball in play. The goal is that lessons are learned from the long day of volleyball and we will improve on the season," said Coach Robin Van Laeys.
