Trojans win first District game
The Logan-Palco Football team dominated the Wallace County Wildcats with a huge win in their first district game on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Sharon Springs with a final score of 92-42. Due to the 45 point rule, the game was called in the 4th quarter.
Scoring 56 points, senior Micah Thompson rushed for an amazing 338 yards, scoring 9 touchdowns. Ian Sparks led the team in tackles with 9, followed by Kaden Shellito and Connor Knipp both with 6. The Trojans tallied 7 sacks on the night.
The Trojans play the St. Francis Indians on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 2PM in St. Francis.
