Junior Trojans open their season against Osborne
On Tuesday, Nov 16, the Logan junior high teams hosted their season opener at home against Osborne. With limited numbers, there was not a B-team girls game. The B-team boys only played for two quarters, but the Trojans came out on top with a score of 12-7, eight of those points put up in the 4th quarter. In the A-team girls game, inexperience kept the Trojans struggling as the Lady Bulldogs dominated the court from the beginning of the game and came away with the win. The A-team boys game remained close throughout much of the game, with Logan only leading at the end of the 3rd quarter by one point. The Trojans stretched their lead in the 4th though and earned the victory with a score of 31-22.
Next action for the junior Trojans will be on Monday, Nov. 16 as they travel to Oberlin, and Thursday, Nov. 19 when they play in Rexford.
