Six students receive All-League Academic Team honors
Launch the media gallery 1 playerOn Saturday, February 4, before the high school boys championships basketball game in Colby, the Western Kansas Liberty League honors seniors with the All-League Academic team award. This award is considered one of the highest honors given by the league, because of the rounded individual the student must be to be eligible. Requirements of the award are:
* be a senior
* participate in six KSHSAA sponsored sports during high school
* participate in six non-athletic activities recognized by the KSHSAA or the KSDE during high school.
* must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.70 or better
The WKLL selects the top 24 seniors to receive the all-league team medal and the others nominated will receive an honorable mention certificate. Logan High School is very excited to have 6 individuals receive the award. Those individuals are: Crystal Bliss, Karlee Braun, Faith Hofaker, Kayla Hofaker, Josh Van Laeys and Alyssa DeBoer (honorable mention). Congratulations to all six!! (Photo by Kacee Braun)
