Setting a homepage in your browser
Safari
- Open Safari.
- Go to the Safari menu and pull down to Preferences.
- Choose the General tab on the left side of the top row.
- Click in the Homepage dialog box.
- Enter your homepage URL (for example http://www.logan326.net)
- Press the close (red) button in upper left of window.
- Your homepage will appear the next time you open Safari.
Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Go to the Firefox menu and pull down to Preferences.
- Click on the General tab in the left column.
- Click on the Homepage dialog box.
- Enter your homepage URL (for example http://www.logan326.net)
- To close out, click on the X in the preferences tab at the top of your screen.
- Your homepage will appear the next time you open Firefox.
Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Go to the Chrome menu and pull down to Preferences.
- Choose settings from the left side of the window.
- Under ON STARTUP, choose Open a specific page or set of pages – click on Set Pages.
- Enter your homepage URL (for example http://www.logan326.net) in the dialog box. Click OK.
- X out of the settings tab at the top of your screen.
- Your homepage will appear the next time you open Chrome.
